Birthday Balloon Decorations make a great photo prop for the birthday girl! Vinyl Decal comes in black script text - stands out great in pictures! You can use the decal on your own balloon or ADD our crystal clear balloon too! You can fill/decorate your balloons to add some color or use them as is.

★WHAT'S INCLUDED★

- 1 Vinyl Decal printed in black script vinyl - decal is NOT applied to a balloon. ASSEMBLY REQUIRED. You will need to apply the decal to a balloon after you have inflated it.

- You can also choose to ADD - 1 Clear Plastic Balloon 24" wide - made of a unique plastic material (similar to PVC) it's stretchy! Balloons are NOT inflated - we recommend filling with helium from your local party store.

★CLEAR BALLOON NOTICE ★
Clear Balloons can be affected by weather conditions and different types of helium. In rare circumstances, it is possible that the clear balloon may not inflate correctly or as large as expected. We can’t guarantee that the clear balloon will work for every circumstance. As a courtesy for our valued customers, we are including a large white 24” LATEX Balloon with each order of clear balloons – this can be used as a BACK UP in case something happens to your clear balloon. Because we are including the white backup balloon, and that the decal is custom handmade for you, refunds will NOT be given if the clear balloon does not work.
